Modern Flooring Installation
Tear out that old carpet and completely transform your interior. We install high-end Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and laminate flooring designed for absolute durability and stunning aesthetics.
The Ultimate Interior Upgrade
Nothing dates a home faster than worn, stained, or simply outdated carpeting. Not only does old carpet harbor dust mites and allergens, but it makes cleaning a constant chore. Upgrading to a hard surface flooring completely modernizes the look and feel of your living spaces while significantly increasing your property value.
We specialize in floating floor systems, specifically Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and premium laminate. These materials offer the rich, gorgeous look of natural hardwood without the massive price tag or extreme maintenance requirements.
Why Choose LVP or Laminate?
Extreme Durability & Waterproofing
Modern Luxury Vinyl Plank is built for active households. Most high-end LVP is 100 percent waterproof, making it the perfect choice for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and entryways. It resists scratches from large dogs, does not dent when you drop heavy items, and cleans up with a simple damp mop.
Flawless Aesthetics
Today's manufacturing processes create incredibly realistic textures and wood grain patterns. Whether you want the look of reclaimed barn wood, smooth modern maple, or rich dark oak, we can install a product that matches your exact design vision.
Our Installation Process
Tear Out and Prep
A perfect floor requires a perfect foundation. We begin by removing your old carpet, padding, and tack strips. We then meticulously inspect the subfloor. If there are dips or uneven seams, we use self-leveling compound and sand down high spots to ensure the subfloor is perfectly flat. Skipping this step leads to bouncy, clicking floors later on.
Precision Installation
We install the planks using precise staggering patterns so the joints look natural and structurally sound. We undercut all door jambs so the flooring slides seamlessly underneath, rather than relying on messy caulk or awkward transition pieces. We also maintain the precise expansion gap required around the perimeter of the room.
Baseboards and Finishing
To complete the project, we install new, modern baseboards or quarter-round molding to cover the expansion gap. We caulk all the seams and paint the trim, leaving you with a totally finished, magazine-ready room.
